Is your electric motor defective or in need of a thorough repair? In our fully equipped workshop, we carry out complete overhauls, including disassembly, inspection, cleaning, rewinding, balancing and testing. Thanks to our in-house coil shop and advanced machining department (featuring lathes up to 20 tonnes and balancing machines up to 3000 RPM) we restore motors entirely under our own roof, maintaining full control over both quality and lead time.
With our fully equipped mobile measurement vans, we perform EMD measurements and other diagnostic tests up to 20 kV directly on site. This enables us to accurately detect insulation degradation or abnormal vibrations at an early stage. By identifying issues before they lead to failures, we help maximise the reliability and availability of your installations.
Based on operating hours, criticality or specific operating conditions, we work together with the customer to draw up a tailored preventive maintenance plan. Through scheduled inspections, lubrication, cleaning and adjustments, we increase the reliability of your motors and minimise unplanned downtime.
In our in-house coil shop, we manufacture and wind custom coils designed to match the specific insulation systems of your AC, DC or high-voltage motors. Using premium materials and strict quality procedures, we ensure your motors operate efficiently, safely and reliably once again.
