Mechanical Work

Thorough Overhaul of Electric Motors for Optimal Performance

Full control over quality and lead time starts with keeping operations in-house. That is why Van Loock Motoren performs all machining itself, in a specially equipped section of our workshop. This enables us to intervene quickly and accurately in the event of damage or wear to rotating components.

Our workshop is equipped with three powerful lathes, including a conventional lathe with a swing diameter of 2,200 mm and a centre distance of 6 metres, suitable for parts up to 20 tonnes. These machines enable us to machine components such as motor shafts, end shields and bearing housings with high precision.

In addition, we have balancing machines that can balance rotating components up to 20 tonnes and 3,000 RPM. This is essential to minimise vibrations and extend the lifespan of your machines.

With these advanced facilities and our expertise, we guarantee that your electric motors and rotating machines are repaired quickly and efficiently, ensuring they once again perform optimally in your industrial processes.
